What is your processing time?

Our usual processing time is 5-7 business days. This includes the time we need to package your order, and does not include shipping time. 

 

Lost packages

Please note that D'Valiant Emporium is NOT responsible for any domestic or international packages that have been held by or lost by your country's local customs office.  

 

Incorrect Shipping Address/Refused Delivery

Please double check your delivery address before checking out! If you've entered the incorrect address, email dvaliantemporium@gmail.com immediately to correct this.

D'Valiant Emporium is not responsible for any unlisted customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
